Odysseus decodiert
Die Forschung über Odysseus ist seit jeher erfolglos.
Zahllose – ambitionierte ebenso wie krude – Theorien wurden in den letzten Jahrzehnten erdacht und publiziert. Sie alle gingen ins Leere. Die wissenschaftlichen Engagements für den Nachweis der Existenz des homerischen Helden sind aktuell sehr überschaubar. Einzig der Brite Robert Bittlestone († 2015) versuchte in seinen letzten Lebensjahren einen ernstzunehmenden Vorstoß in Richtung Lösung der Frage, ob bzw. wo Odysseus gelebt hat.
Wer die homerischen Epen als Märchen ansieht, ist zum Thema Odysseus nicht von Relevanz. Diese sehr schlichte Haltung sei jedem unbenommen, ist wissenschaftlich aber konsequent abzulehnen, weil sie einschlägige archäologische Forschungsergebnisse ignoriert und leugnet.
Will man die Frage nach dem Verbleib von Odysseus beantworten, ist es unumgänglich, die beiden homerischen Epen, insbesondere die Odyssee, als Schlüssel zum Erfolg anzusehen. Dies bedeutet, man muss die im Epos enthaltenen Angaben, die die Lösung bringen können, für das halten, was sie sind: Wahr!
Auf dieser Basis sind all meine Hinweise und die nachgezeichnete Route entstanden.
Odysseus decoded
Research on Odysseus has always been unsuccessful.
Countless theories – both ambitious and crude – have been devised and published in recent decades. They all came to nothing. The scientific efforts to prove the existence of the Homeric hero are currently very limited. Only Robert Bittlestone († 2015), a Brit, tried to make a serious push towards solving the question of whether or where Odysseus lived.
Anyone who regards the Homeric epics as fairy tales has no relevance to the subject of Odysseus. Everyone is free to adopt this very simple attitude, but it must be rejected scientifically because it ignores and denies relevant archaeological
results.
If one wants to answer the question of Odysseus‘ whereabouts, it is inevitable to regard the two Homeric epics, especially the Odyssey, as the key to success. This means that one must take the details contained in the epic, which can bring the solution, for what they are: True!
All my clues and the route of Odysseus that I have traced back are based on this.
Ο Οδυσσέας αποκωδικοποιήθηκε
Η έρευνα για τον Οδυσσέα ήταν πάντα ανεπιτυχής.
Αμέτρητες θεωρίες – φιλόδοξες και ακατέργαστες – έχουν επινοηθεί και δημοσιευθεί τις τελευταίες δεκαετίες. Όλες κατέληξαν στο κενό. Οι επιστημονικές προσπάθειες για την απόδειξη της ύπαρξης του ομηρικού ήρωα είναι προς το παρόν πολύ περιορισμένες. Μόνο ο Βρετανός Robert Bittlestone († 2015) έκανε μια σοβαρή προσπάθεια τα τελευταία χρόνια της ζωής του να λύσει το ερώτημα αν και πού έζησε ο Οδυσσέας.
Όποιος θεωρεί τα ομηρικά έπη ως παραμύθια δεν έχει σχέση με το θέμα του Οδυσσέα. Αυτή η πολύ απλή στάση είναι ανοιχτή σε όλους, αλλά πρέπει να απορρίπτεται με συνέπεια επιστημονικά, διότι αγνοεί και αρνείται τα σχετικά αποτελέσματα της αρχαιολογικής έρευνας.
Αν θέλουμε να απαντήσουμε στο ερώτημα της τύχης του Οδυσσέα, είναι απαραίτητο να εξετάσουμε τα δύο ομηρικά έπη, και ιδιαίτερα την Οδύσσεια, ως το κλειδί της επιτυχίας. Αυτό σημαίνει ότι οι πληροφορίες που περιέχονται στο έπος, οι οποίες μπορεί να δώσουν τη λύση, πρέπει να ληφθούν ως έχουν: Αλήθεια!
